I am born and raised in Boomtown Breckenridge Texas. I am a middle child to a loving, tough-nosed, my way or the highway because I love you and know what’s best for you coach we all call Mama Coop! Did you catch that I am a middle child? That’s right, my older sister is golden and my younger brother can do no wrong. I am the quiet one that went along with anything I was told and just kept it moving. I had a great childhood and teenage life filled with sports! My college path is a little unorthodox. After high school graduation, I attended Tarleton and played basketball. After a semester, I decided to transfer to Cisco Junior College and earned my Associates degree.
I moved to Ft Worth in 2007 and began work in the city as a service rep for a commercial MDF copier company. I washed cars and mowed grass in my spare time because hard work and whatever it takes was, and still is, all I know. I did that for a couple of years before I decided it was time to go back to school. I continued working in the telecommunications world while I attended Tarleton once again. I graduated with a Business Degree, had a brief stint with BNSF, then began my marketing career by selling cars. I sold cars for 6 committed years until I realized how much Life had zoomed by while at the lot. Although successful in terms of leaderboards and recognitions, something was missing.
I thought back to all of my work years and said to myself, “what job would I be good at and who has the work-life I would want to pursue?”. The answer was clear to me and became my passion.
Real estate correlates to me because of my traits and work skills. I can attribute my work success to my upbringing and my experiences as an adult. I understand and value patience. I was raised by strong women(mom/aunts/grandmas) so I am no stranger to compassion and listening to what’s really being said or asked. I’m a coach’s son so I know hard work and teamwork happens without ego. I worked in telecommunications and was taught how to troubleshoot. The railroad showed me how to move many trains(tasks) at once and not crash. I sold cars and was trained on how to negotiate dollars and dimes and solve problems. College taught me not to quit. I believe all of these attributes help me be a great Realtor. I’m your guy.

He develops partnerships with customers to understand their business needs and creates action plans geared to achieving these goals. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jake has seen the city and surrounding areas grow over the past three decades. Mr. Oliver graduated high school from Jesuit College Prep finishing his career as the all-time receptions’ leader in Texas high school history earning him a Football Scholarship at The University of Texas Austin where he played Wide Receiver for the Longhorns. Mr. Oliver received his Degree from UT Austin in Sport Management. Jake is married to his wife Morgan and they live in Highland Park with potentially the most spoiled Yellow Labrador ever, named Riley. Jake has always been a part of winning teams and brings that same energy to the Real Estate world and Fieldhouse Realty Group.

FRG is primarily engaged in buying, selling, and finding families a home, as well as providing real estate agents a platform to build their own business and create the ease and flexibility that all entrepreneurs seek. Mr. Oliver is a licensed real estate agent and has a track record in both Texas and California after receiving his initial license in 1999. Over the past three decades, the Oliver portfolio includes acquisitions and sales including residential houses, raw land, farmland, ranch land, grocery business, restaurants, and commercial property. Mr. Oliver has owned his construction company since 2004 and has participated in the development of residential subdivisions as well as the development of custom homes. Mr. Oliver has also been active in oil and gas production including the sale and purchases of leases in that industry. Mr. Oliver has an entrepreneurial spirit with an attitude of helping others and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. Kurt has three children: Stephanie, Ryan, and Gunner, and when not at work, he spends all his time with his family enjoying anything and everything they do.
