My guy Coop @ Fieldhouse Realty Group is not only my email address but it is how I want to present myself to you. I would love to be your guy with all of your real estate needs and wants. I am born and raised in Boomtown Breckenridge Texas. I am a middle child to a loving, tough-nosed, my way or the highway because I love you and know what’s best for you coach we all call Mama Coop! Did you catch that I am a middle child? That’s right, my older sister is golden and my younger brother can do no wrong. I am the quiet one that went along with anything I was told and just kept it moving. I had a great childhood and teenage life filled with sports! My college path is a little unorthodox. After high school graduation, I attended Tarleton and played basketball. After a semester, I decided to transfer to Cisco Junior College and earned my Associates degree.
I moved to Ft Worth in 2007 and began work in the city as a service rep for a commercial MDF copier company. I washed cars and mowed grass in my spare time because hard work and whatever it takes was, and still is, all I know. I did that for a couple of years before I decided it was time to go back to school. I continued working in the telecommunications world while I attended Tarleton once again. I graduated with a Business Degree, had a brief stint with BNSF, then began my marketing career by selling cars. I sold cars for 6 committed years until I realized how much Life had zoomed by while at the lot. Although successful in terms of leaderboards and recognitions, something was missing.
I thought back to all of my work years and said to myself, “what job would I be good at and who has the work-life I would want to pursue?”. The answer was clear to me and became my passion.
Real estate correlates to me because of my traits and work skills. I can attribute my work success to my upbringing and my experiences as an adult. I understand and value patience. I was raised by strong women(mom/aunts/grandmas) so I am no stranger to compassion and listening to what’s really being said or asked. I’m a coach’s son so I know hard work and teamwork happens without ego. I worked in telecommunications and was taught how to troubleshoot. The railroad showed me how to move many trains(tasks) at once and not crash. I sold cars and was trained on how to negotiate dollars and dimes and solve problems. College taught me not to quit. I believe all of these attributes help me be a great Realtor. I’m your guy.
With over 20 years in the real estate industry, there is nothing I cannot assist you with when it comes to anything related to real estate. I have extensive experience in residential, commercial, farm and ranch, subdivisions, developments, and new construction homes. I have closed millions of dollars in sales transactions and have created lifelong client relationships. I would love to help you with your next real estate need.

My favorite part about being a realtor would have to be that look when a client receives their keys on signing day! It lets me know that my job is more than just a job and that what we do is making a difference in families' lives. The WINNING PLAN coming to completion!
I am currently Co-Owner of Dry Creek Homes LLC where we primarily focus on residential construction by building custom and speculative homes. I was born and raised in DFW and currently live in Denton. I graduated high school from Argyle High School, and then proceeded to get my bachelor’s degree from the OU and my master’s degree from UNT. Before getting into home building full-time, I worked for nearly 3 years at a bank in their commercial lending department. I worked part time building homes while I was at the bank and was able to finally make the switch to full-time in 2021. I am very excited to be a part of Fieldhouse Realty Group and can’t wait to use my lending/construction knowledge to help serve my clients.
Favorite part: My favorite part of being a realtor is being able to meet and interact with so many different people.
Bio/favorite part of being a realtor (I grouped these into one because they’re the same for me haha. My reason is part of my bio. Hope that’s ok)
I am a small town kid born and raised. I grew up learning the value of hard work and quickly realized the best achievements in life are earned, not given. I spent the better part of my adult life in the oilfield, where I spent many hours working and being away from home. Later, I attended Fire School at Blinn College where I earned my associates degree in Fire Science. Soon after, I worked for a local fire department where I learned comradery and trust can lead to relationships that last a life time - something I instill in my current career.
I got into the real estate business because I enjoy helping others and feel that God has blessed me with the ability to guide families and friends through what can often be one of the most stressful times in their lives. My goal is to make the whole process as seamless as possible. Ultimately, I want to be more than just an agent - I also want to be a friend they can turn to. Here at Fieldhouse Realty Group, your family is our focus!
Hi! Originally from Houston, I moved to San Marcos to earn a degree in business at Texas State University. I later relocated to Fort Worth and began working in the automotive industry. This knowledge, coupled with 6 years of sales experience, has provided me with valuable skills that I utilize daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. I believe the best businesses are built on solid communication, consistent dedication, and open transparency.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy serving my community with family and friends, walking our two dogs, and traveling with my fiancé.

Before becoming a real estate agent, John also designed and built homes. He understands the importance of finding just the right one. He knows homes are not only a place to rest your head at night, but they are also a reflection of who you are and what you value in life. That's why he takes such pride in helping his clients find the perfect home. John will work tirelessly to find the right fit for you and your family. John is a real estate agent with a heart for giving back. He donates 10% of his commission to local charities chosen by his clients. This allows them to support the causes that are important to them and makes John's business model truly unique. He cares about the community he serves and wants to make it a better place. My story started in a small town in Mineral Wells, Texas and has brought me to DFW at the age of 16. Upon transferring High Schools to Euless Trinity I met my partner in crime and the love of my life, Stephanie. Through 16 years of marriage we have raised two amazing children Phenix age 10 and Hendrix age 7. Our little soccer and football stars have made us the proudest of parents. Outdoors with my family through fishing, sports, and hiking is where I find my tranquility. Truly a family joining a family (FRG) to serve your family. I could not be more excited to be a part of this miraculous journey.
